KGM helical-bevel gear-parallel-shaft reduction motors deliver the dual advantages of "smooth operation + efficient delivery" thanks to their highly modular design. Offering flexible and highly precise installation options, these motors can seamlessly integrate with various equipment specifications. With output torque ranging from 200 to 32,000 Nm, their exceptional load-bearing capacity makes them the ideal choice for versatile transmission applications—including warehouse logistics sorting lines, food processing assembly lines, and building material production equipment.
KGM helical-bevel gear reduction motor features a unique helical-bevel gear transmission design, with the bevel gears fully processed using precision grinding technology, ensuring quieter operation and smoother power transmission. It delivers an output torque of up to 53,000 Nm, offering exceptional load capacity and durability—perfect for demanding industrial applications such as port cranes, automated production lines, and woodworking machinery.
KGM helical-bevel and worm gear reduction motors combine the dual advantages of helical gearing and worm drive technology. The worm wheel is manufactured using a specialized welding process combined with centrifugal casting, delivering exceptional features such as "ultra-long service life" and "maintenance-free operation." These motors offer high installation flexibility, allowing for quick integration with various equipment, and are well-suited for applications involving frequent start-and-stop cycles. They also boast outstanding allowable radial loads and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, making them ideal for precision equipment that demands rigorous performance in terms of space, torque, and stability.
All three reduction motors feature a professional structural design, with specially reinforced housing and bearing configurations, coupled with an efficient cooling system. Featuring high design flexibility, this product offers both integral and split housing options, combined with a modular approach to enable multiple transmission configurations for B2–B4 orthogonal-axis gears—significantly enhancing compatibility with various equipment types. It supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, and the lubrication system can be customized on demand, choosing either splash lubrication or forced lubrication as needed. Additionally, the output shaft comes in both solid and hollow designs, while connection types include flat keys, smooth shafts, locking plates, splines, and more, ensuring versatile installation solutions to meet diverse application requirements.

Gears and bevel gears are all made from high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding to ensure high precision, low noise, and exceptional load-bearing capacity—effectively preventing oil leakage.
